Say you would love to come
One tap on the Moment’s page, one email to confirm, and you are on the list.
What you need
- The link to the Moment’s page, from the club or from someone who shared it.
How
- Press “I’d love to come”.
- Give your first name and your email. Tick “Tell me about other things the club puts on” if you want to hear from them. Press “Count me in”.
- Check your email and tap the link. Press “Confirm” on the page it opens. That is the only step.
- You will see “You’re on the list” and the date. Add it to your calendar from the page, or share the link with someone who should be there.
What happens then
- Next time, the same button is one tap: you are already known.
- The page counts you: “37 people have saved the date.” It never shows who.
- The club’s committee sees your first name in their console, and whether you confirmed.
- If the confirmation email fails to send, the form keeps what you typed and offers “Try sending again”. The committee can also send you a fresh one.
What Rally Round never does here
- Take a payment, a table number or a dietary note at this step. Saying you would love to come commits you to nothing.
- Show a countdown, a “three places left” or anything else designed to hurry you. The capacity is stated once as a fact.
