Import last year’s list

A spreadsheet of who came and who gave becomes the people on your next Moment, with what each of them may be told.

What you need

A CSV with these columns, in any order: id, first_name, last_name, email, phone, attended, member, donor, prize. The yes-or-no columns say yes or no.
The Moment it is a list from, and the next Moment already created in your console.

From your console, press “Last year’s list” beside the club.
Choose the file. It is read in your browser and checked in one request; it is never stored.
Name the Moment it is from, or create it as one that happened, and pick the next Moment from the club’s own.
Press “Check the list”. You see counts and nothing else: how many people, how many came, how many gave. Nothing is written yet.
Read the attestation, tick it, and press “Import the list”.

Each row is a person who came to that Moment, or gave to it. Prize donors and sponsors appear on the next Moment’s console as people to follow up, with what they gave last time.
Only rows marked as having come, with an email, are recorded as consenting to hear about the next one, on the strength of your attestation. A donor who did not come is on the list to follow up one to one, never on the email list.
The same file again changes nothing. A corrected file re-points rows rather than doubling them.
Two rows that are one person stay two people until a human says otherwise. Merging is later, and deliberate.
