Invite your committee
Anyone on the committee can do everything you can. Add them by first name and email, and they confirm one link.
How
- From your console, press “Committee” beside the club.
- Give their first name and their email. The email names the club and says who asked; it never carries their name in the subject.
- They tap the link and press “Confirm”. They land in the console with the club in it.
What happens then
- Until they confirm, the invitation is listed with “Send the link again” and “Withdraw”.
- Anyone on the committee can remove a member or leave, each behind a sheet. The last organiser cannot leave: invite someone first.
- What a person may do is decided by one fact: they represent the club that organises the Moment. There are no roles, levels or admins.
What Rally Round never does here
- Let a committee member see any club they are not on, or any person outside their own Moments.
