See who is coming
The console lists everyone who said they would love to come, by first name, with whether they confirmed and which table they are at.
How
- Open the Moment’s console and read down to “Who said they’d love to come”.
- Each row is a first name, what they are coming as, their table if they have one, whether they confirmed, and what happened to their confirmation email.
- Where a confirmation email failed or is still waiting, press “Send confirmation again”. It sends one fresh link; it never confirms anyone on their behalf.
What happens then
- A table captain shows with the table they hold and the name they gave it. The committee sees the name whether or not the captain shows it to guests.
- Someone who said they would love to come and never confirmed drops off after thirty days.
What Rally Round never does here
- Show an email address on the console, or any name on the public page.
